Thanks to the generous donation from Marjorie Boling, the Shelby County Historical Society is moving to a new location. As a result, Peoples Land Co, LLC is honored to be offering two premium downtown buildings in Shelbina Missouri for sale at public auction.

 

These two properties are located in the heart of downtown Shelbina and are two of the best kept downtown buildings in all of North Missouri. The owners have completed extensive renovations during their ownership and these buildings are ready to serve the new owners for years to come.
